The house also benefits from air-conditioning throughout, a pressurised water system and private parking is allocated at the rear of the property. We include all necessary electrical items such as a kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, TV etc.

The villa is less than 5 minutes by car from the beautiful blue flag beach and the bustling town at Coral Bay, and is within walking distance of the village centre of Peyia, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists and other useful amenities.
